What Is Chamoy?
Chamoy flavor is salty, sweet, sour, and spiced with powdered chiles all at the same time. Because of the combination of salt, sweetness and heat, chamoy is advertised as a condiment for a wide variety of foods ranging from fresh fruit and juices to potato chips and assorted nuts. Chamoy is also used as a flavoring for frozen confections such as sorbet or raspados, a unique flavor combination that is at once sweet, salty, spicy, and cold.
What is Chamoy Used On?
In Mexico, chamoy comes in many forms. Originally, it was a salted dried fruit (saladito), traditionally made from prunus mume, more commonly known as an ume plum (even though it's technically a small, sour apricot). But other fruits like sour green mangoes or tamarind pods are common. It can be sprinkled on fruits and vegetables or drizzled on chips (especially tostilocos, tortilla chips topped with a variety of condiments). It can come as a fruit-and-chamoy paleta (Mexican popsicle) or raspado (shaved ice).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED PACKAGES. AS WELL AS FROZEN OR MELTED CANDIES DUE TO TRANSPORTATION/HANDLING OR WEATHER CONDITIONS.
I received my package but its damaged. What do I do?
If your package is damaged please contact us using any of our contact information to reach us. We will ask for photographs of the damaged package. Once we receive the photographs we will open a claim and do everything we can to keep you satisfied.
I put the wrong address and it was sent back to sender. What happens?
If you put the wrong address at checkout it will be sent back to us for insufficient address. Please send us an email to let us know. Orders that get sent back to us will be refunded 1/2 of the total (excluding shipping price). The customer will only be refunded for 1/2 of the total because that order sent back goes in the trash. Shipping is non-refundable. Please make sure to put the correct address at checkout.
Refunds / Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge ONLY if it has passed the processing time frame and it has not shipped out. If your order has not passed the 4th business day orders cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.
Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have questions about a product please contact us.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available. You will usually get a tracking number sent to your email within 3-10 business days not including weekends & holidays.
